Before Pano

Where important things
go to disappear.

You saved it. You just can't find it.

the note you titled “check this later” from two years ago
Messages to self
a self-thread with 84 things you meant to follow up on
Screenshots · 2,341
a recommendation you screenshot but never looked at again
Sticky note
a phone number you wrote on a yellow square, now lost
Gmail · 4,847 emails
a confirmation you needed, buried in a thread from 8 months ago
How Pano works

Capture is easy.
Finding things is broken.

Every notes app lets you save things. None of them let you find what you saved. Pano fixes that one thing, completely.

Ask anything

Ask Pano
like a friend.

No keywords. No folders. No search syntax. Type or speak what you mean. Pano understands.

Search…
Where did I park at the airport
P
Lot C, row 14, spot 38. Took the shuttle from terminal 2.
Saved 5 days ago, JFK
Voice

Speak naturally in any language.

Switch languages mid-sentence, mix vocabularies, speak the way you'd talk to a friend. Or let Pano read your notes back to you. Either way, Pano gets it right.

Listening…
"Call the dentist before Friday, the crown, and ask about the June deductible reset…"
Context, not keywords

Pano remembers
the why and the when.

You saved a quick note on a trip months ago. When you find it, Pano brings back everything around it: when, where, and why you wrote it.

Griffith Observatory at sunset on a weekday. Park on the street below and walk up. Arrive 45 min before sunset to get a spot on the lawn.
Captured March, Tuesday 4:18pm
Los Feliz, Los Angeles
Connected to: LA weekend trip
Cross-note reasoning

Multiple notes.
One answer.

You saved things at different times, in different contexts. Pano reads across all of them and gives you one grounded answer, with sources. Not limited to two, not limited to ten. Everything you have ever saved is searchable, connectable, and answerable.

Ask anything. Even if you saved it months ago.

How it works

Four things.
That's it.

1
Save
Type or speak whatever's in your head. A name, a recipe, a quote, an idea. Saved in three seconds, in any language.
“Doctor: take vitamin D every morning with food”
2
Pano reads
In the background, Pano connects what you wrote to everything else. Time, context, category. You never see this happening.

3
Ask
When you need it back, just ask in plain English. Pano finds it even with typos, even half-remembered.
“What did the doctor say about vitamins?”
4
Act
Pano connects to your apps and acts on what you saved. Calendar events, email drafts, reminders. You confirm before anything happens.
“Add my dentist appointment to Google Calendar”
8 apps connected

Pano remembers.
Now it acts.

Save something actionable and Pano proposes what to do next across Google Calendar, Gmail, and 6 more apps. You confirm. It executes.

Who it's for

If any of these sound like you, Pano was built for you.

The Apple Notes hoarder
Notes app has 400 notes. You can never find anything. Half are unlabeled. One is “check this” from 2021.
Pano fixes the finding, not just the saving.
The text-yourself person
When something important happens, you text yourself. Now your message thread is a graveyard of things you meant to follow up on.
One place, searchable, forever.
The mental note taker
You think you'll remember. You never do. The restaurant Ben mentioned, what the doctor said, the idea you had at 11pm. All gone by morning.
Save it in 5 seconds. Find it in 3.
The constant note-taker
You save everything: ideas, quotes, reminders, observations. But your notes are scattered across five apps and none of them talk to each other.
One Panorama. Everything, searchable.
How it fits in

Not a replacement.
A missing layer.

You already have tools for documents and tasks. Pano is for everything that doesn't fit neatly anywhere.

📝
Apple Notes
Great for typed notes you organize yourself. Not built to be asked questions.
Pano is where you put things you want to find later, in your own words.
📋
Notion
Powerful for structured docs and projects. Too much overhead for a fleeting thought.
Pano has no structure.
Just save, ask, and it finds it.
💬
Texts to yourself
Fast to send but impossible to search. Works until it doesn't.
Pano is the inbox you can actually retrieve from.
Founder's Note

Stop searching.
Start asking.

Hi there, I'm Abdullah, founder of Pano.

I'm building Pano because I keep losing the same stuff over & over again and never finding it when I need it.

A restaurant someone recommended. Something the doctor said. A simple confirmation code I needed a week later. A spontaneous travel thought. A random idea I had at 2am when I couldn't sleep. A flight confirmation buried in Gmail. A recommendation in a thread I'll never scroll back to. Gone. Lost in a jungle of notes I could never actually search through or make sense of.

But see, these aren't really notes. They're fragments of your life. Moments, memories, thoughts, and things that mattered enough to write down. Enough that they deserve a way to find them and never lose them again.

There had to be a better way. So I'm building it. If that sounds familiar, Pano is for you. Give it a shot, you'll love it :)

Questions?

We got answers.

How do I create an account?

Sign in with Google or enter your email for a magic link. No password, no invite code, no credit card required. Your first 30 days are free.

Yes. Only you, signed into your account, can read your notes — other users never can, and they're encrypted in transit. They're stored as plain text (not end-to-end encrypted), so our infrastructure providers and authorized Pano operators can technically access them where needed to run, debug, and secure the service, and OpenAI processes them to power search and answers. We don't read your notes except as needed to operate Pano, and we never sell your data or share it with advertisers. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

Never. Your notes are yours. They are not used to train any AI model, including Pano's own. OpenAI confirmed to us in writing that data sent via the API is not used for training as of January 8, 2026.

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card to begin. After the trial, Pano is a paid subscription: $8 a month, or $72 a year (which works out to $6 a month). Current pricing is always shown in the app before you subscribe.

Yes. Type or speak in any language and Pano understands. You can even mix languages in a single note. Ask in English about something you saved in Arabic, French, or Urdu, and it finds it.

Yes. Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Google Drive, Linear, Todoist, Discord, and Google Tasks directly from Settings today. Once connected, Pano can reference your integrations when you ask questions and will soon be able to take action across them. More integrations are added regularly.

You need an account to save memories and ask questions. Sign in with Google or use a magic link. No password required. The demo above works without an account. Create yours free to keep everything you save.

Yes. Apple Notes import is coming soon. Export your notes from Apple Notes and Pano will process them all at once. Until then, start with your most important memories. Most users are surprised how quickly Pano becomes useful with just a handful of notes.

Web app today, available on all three. Native iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps are in development. Everything syncs automatically. One Panorama, every Apple device.
